Clean - no frills - Great value
Clean 8 min walk from the Prince Edward MTR Inexpensive
Not too much going on in the location Rooms are small
The performance of the staff was poor except for one particular lady at the front desk (short hair with a clip) who always had a smile and was very accomodating. the men at the front desk were haughty. Being filipino, I am very particular how other asians treats other asians.
Shower is too small. food outlet much to be desired
the room is really small, actually not suitable for 3people but they rent it for 3 people.
The hotel room & toilet are small in size but meets all the basic needs of a hotel guest.
The sound proofing of the room is very bad. Whenever one person opens & closes the room door, the adjacent room will feel the impact. There are some rooms with toilets that are so small that you can't possibly bathe with shower curtain surrounding it even for a small size Asian. There is no room for you to turn around. But some rooms are quite OK. The air condition in the room is very bad...cigarette smoke smell linger in the room even though we are all non-smokers. We can ocassionally smell it and our clothing in the luggage is stained with mild cigarette smell.
It's near to shopping area Mongkok within walking distance. We have very good claypot rice near by the hotel.
It is close to most facilities such as metro station, shopping centre.
Staffs are excellent. I feel like i'm home. If I go to Hong Kong again then I will try to book this hotel again.
Honestly... I don't face any problem when i was staying in this hotel.
Rooms are very small and crowded. Hotel services are way below other hotels with same rate. Narrow corridors and tiny toilets.
I think it was recently renovated, so it was like a new hotel. Very helpful staff and they speak English. If you like people watching, the resturant, on the second floor, has a nice view of the street. Very good value for the money.
I understand the constraints of establishing a nice hotel in a downtown urban area, things were a bit cozy. Reminded me of some of my Tokyo hotel stays. Resturant menu was limited and closed at 5 pm. Ok for a quick bit to eat and I suppose this encourages patrons to get out and try some of the fine local eateries.
We are a family with 2 children of 9 and 12 and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Very friendly and devoted staff. Trustworthy hotel, everything promised in their website was true. Nice rooms, enough space and unexpected amenities like waterboiler and safety box in the room. Safe surrounding area, nobody bothering you outside this new hotel which just opened in spring 2009.
Nothing at all.
This hotel was a 100% joke - My Girl and I checked in, they showed us to our room, I tried to bring 2 luggage in and they hardly fit through the door, the bathroom smelled horrific, the entire room with bath room and beds was no more then 12x12 or 12x14', we upgraded rooms and dealt with it, now they triple charged my card. This Hotel sucks
