Pros (+) North Point location. It is not in the main tourist areas (Causeway Bay or Tsim Sat Tsui) but, for me, it is ideally located and very convenient. Transportation via MTR, tram or bus is just a short walk away and a lot of local restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) For the first couple of days there was some construction on our floor and even right next door but only during the day.
