Hoi An hotels near Museum of History and Culture

Pros: Helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. A very good choice for breakfast. Large clean pool. Close enough to Hoi An centre to be able to walk there. All excursions we went on were willing to pick up at the hotel location.

Pros: Great location, nice staff, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Buffet breakfast was the same everyday and sometimes cold. Plus you have to pay extra for a coffee

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Welcome and check-in were wonderful (our host Long was fantastic and very helpful). The pool was amazing, great for young kids.

Pros: Prime location - close to Old Town, the Night Markets and restaurants. Spacious and well-appointed rooms with great pool, restaurant & gym. The Staff were exceptional - always checking in to see how we were going, extremely responsive to pour needs and proactive in helping us out of the odd pickle. 5 star service at a 5 star facility. They even took my food allergies very seriously.

Pros: Stunning hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed in. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities were impeccable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: Breakfast was reasonable, quite good selection and tasty.Location wasn’t far from the night markets and pedestrianised area and the staff were very nice.

Cons: The colour scheme and feel of the room was a bit dated and felt quite basic. The pool was nice, but isn’t well positioned for sunshine (blocked in the morning and mid afternoon) + is right by a busy road. The gym/fitness centre was appalling with only 3 machines, of which 2 didn’t work. Laundry services were extortionate - they were charging 50k Dong for one shirt; we found a service with Hoi An Laundry which was 25k for 1kg (they also pick up and drop off your laundry at the hotel), so would recommend them.

Pros: The location was fantastic, near to lots of spas and eateries especially the Bang Mi Queen. It was 10 min to the old town but the best part is the wonderful staff who are ever willing to help you and make you feel welcome!

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to the old town of Hoi An and loads of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Cons: More bottled water could be provided in the rooms

Pros: The location of the hotel is very convenient for getting around. The room is new and clean with nice view. Nice swimming pool. Staffs were friendly and helpful!

Pros: The price was very reasonable, with buffet breakfast included. Happy hour at the bar from 2-5 with 50% off beer and cocktails. Staff were really friendly and the hotel was only located an 8 minute walk from the old town. But the location still had decent restaurants and massage parlors within a very close distance. Two supermarkets were right next to the hotel.

Cons: The smallest thing, but we were on the top floor and there was a constant banging coming from within the roof, likely from an air conditioning unit or something because it would occasionally turn off. This was a minor thing and we didn’t raise with the hotel.

Pros: Staff were incredible! Location just perfect! Central but outside of the noise of old town.

Cons: They did not have shuttle option for going to the airport. I had to find it by myself

Pros: Beautiful and tranquil hotel and garden. The view is exquisite. Everything is very well kept. The staff is super friendly and professional, they go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, better than places in town that recommended ya.

Pros: We loved it here and wished we could have stayed longer! Resort is beautiful, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was amazing and staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money too! Fantastic location, very peaceful and only a few minutes walk from the craziness of the ancient town. If we ever return to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again!!

Pros: Super close to town but very quiet and secluded at the same time. Staff are really friendly, cant do enough for you. Rooms pretty good and spacious. Just been updated. Had a room close to pool was awesome. Definitely would stay again and is great place to stay for long or short stay.

Cons: New showers were bit hard to use but thats not much to complain about to be honest.

Pros: Everything! The resort offers complimentary boat transfers to the old town (at particular set times), daily food tastings, a complimentary sunset cruise which was a great bonus! The food tasting is very generous. We loved the resorts atmosphere and found all the staff very friendly. The location is an easy few minutes walk to the old town and very quiet for sleeping. The location on the river is very nice, particularly for sunset drinks and relaxing watching the boats go by. Will definitely stay again if we visit Hoi An and will recommend to others. It’s been our favourite hotel in Vietnam. We also stayed at another more expensive resort in Hoi An and preferred Vinh Hung Riverside Resort.

Cons: Garden view rooms were a little dark but didn’t bother us much as they were very large, extremely comfortable beds.

Pros: Loved everything about the hotel. Great location, just outside the old town so nice and quiet when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Pool was lovely and great to relax at the swim up bar. The staff are extremely helpful and. Go out of their way to make you fee comfortable.

Cons: The only thing was that breakfast is more geared up for Asian guests. Not very appetising. The croissants and pastries are not nice too. Best thing about breakfast was the omelet station and the fresh fruit.

Pros: The staff were so helpful and they were always on top of everything. For example They contacted us to see if we needed airport transfer and when we had washing waiting at reception they remembered us before we had the chance to ask for it. Very efficient

Pros: The staff, led by Thuy, are incredibly nice and helpful—they even gave us farewell gifts! The room is a nice size, quiet, and has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The vegan restaurant across the street is also delicious. The staff helped us get bus tickets, etc. We will remember our holiday in Hoi An as a highlight of our trip!

Pros: Convenient area and relatively stylish rooms (love the knitted mosquito net) with nice view, helpful staff to arrange pickup or tours. Very good value for money.

Cons: Limited hot water supply, breakfast not brilliant (few options), plumbery would deserved some repairs (quite some leaks).

Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we can say that it was a great stay. The staff was excellent: so much nice and helpful. The room was also great, with two comfy beds and a complete bathroom with bath. The breakfast was also good, letting you to choose between many options. We specially liked that the last day she even prepared the breakfast 30 minuts before for us, so that we didn't skip the breakfast. It was so much kind.

Cons: On the pictures this hotel looked nice and had a swimming pool. It has a good location, quiet and near the old city. In reality it was horrible. The rooms had mold smell, they we’re not clean at all. Our first night the airco failed to work, there weren’t any windows to open, sleeping in a sauna with ne fresh air. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. We got another room with a balcony but that smelled also very bad. At least we could open a window. Breakfast was very poor.. there were even ants in our drinks. And the overview from the pool and balcony to the paddy rice fields in the back of the hotel, in reality there are no paddy rice fields.. just rubbish, construction material, and a concrete wall. The staff (only 2 persons) was friendly and helpfull and did what they can in a hotel in total deterioration. I would only come back for a night if they gave me 10000€. Do not go there unless you have to sleep on the street.

Pros: Lovely fruit platter at breakfast . Staff extremely helpful when we needed to change flights due to a bereavement
