Pros: Amazing check-in staff, We were given a room in the 23rd floor right near the elevator but you did not hear it. The view from the room was breathless. The room was comfortable and clean. Very luxurious def worth every star! Def book in advance and give this place a try you won't regret it!
Cons: Nothing at all
Excellent9,6
Pros: vip lounge
Cons: the food could be better
Excellent10,0
Pros: Absolute best break from hustle and bustle of chaotic Saigon.
Excellent9,4
Pros: This place is excellent. Seriously nice. The staff is awesome, too. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of its location. As a tourist, it's a bit removed from where you want to be in HCMC. I got a great deal, though, and taxis are cheap and easy to get.
Excellent9,7
Pros: All staff from bellman front desk, they are so nice and. Fully speak English, they try help for you everything. Breakfasts have a lot choice but nothing good to me. The room not really soundproof. I can hear the room next for talking .
Excellent9,1
Pros: the bed was the best spect of this trip. i previously had stay at the Hotel Nikko in Hanoi and the bed was hard. this bed was exquisite! lots of pillows, bedding, etc. the pool area is great as well as the breakfast. don’t pass up the seafood buffet, a little pricey but definitely worth it if you can swing it.... 1.2M VD a person.
Cons: location isn’t that great as it is on the border of district 1.
Excellent10,0
Pros: The breakfast! The simplicity of the rooms. And most importantly the bath tub!
Excellent8,0
Pros: The breakfast spread was great. The spa is very affordable. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: When booking I accidentally just put the rooms down for one guest, even thought I had 2. Online the charge for 1 guest and 2 guest were the same. They tried to charge me $30 a guest per night. It was shady, but after explaining that 1-2people online doesn't change the rate. They accepted.
Excellent9,4
Pros: One of Saigon's finest. Attention paid to each & every detail. Professional, attentive and efficient staff. Comfortable, spotless room with nice spaces to work in.
Cons: Location is less than ideal, with very little within walking distance, but a free shuttle runs regularly to the heart of District 1, 10 mins away.
Located in District 1, this luxury hotel is steps away from Dong Khoi Shopping Street, Opera House and Ho Chi Minh City Hall Square. Parkson Plaza and Independence Palace are also within 15 minutes.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was glorious with the surrounding windows and light. The gym was okay.
Cons: For a deluxe room it was cramped (corner unit) and the smallest room on the floor, much smaller than the corner unit across the hall. The power outlets and HDMI connection was hidden in the floor, which I was not able to get Un jammed and open for couple days. No leg room. The colors are drab and grey. The TV didn't really work and the internet was very slow. Room service was also bland and very expensive. Definitely not a 377 sqft room. More like 250.
Excellent10,0
Pros: The facilities were great, the staff even better
Cons: There was water coming down the wall in our room but the staff remedied this by moving us and upgrading us.
Excellent10,0
Pros: Nice new hotel with great customer service. Modern rooms with international outlets. Quiet and clean. A short hop to the city center. Great boutique in the lobby selling beautiful scarves. Should have bought more!
Excellent9,1
Pros: Room was very modern Nice rooftop bar
Cons: Internet was slow. Could not easy have VOIP business call Gym was very limited if you need anything beyond a treadmill/elliptical
Excellent10,0
Pros: Staff fantastic
Cons: Nothing
Excellent10,0
Pros: Luxury at an amazing low cost. The hotel is newly built so you don't have to worry about bugs and broken furniture. It is situated in District 1, one street down from the tourist street, short cab ride to Ben Thanh Market and Cathedral. The entire staff was friendly, from getting out of our cab upon arrival to checking in, etc. We never went to the bank to exchange money, the hotel provided excellent exchange rates. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Located in Phu Nhuan, this luxury hotel is 0.8 mi (1.2 km) from Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, and within 3 mi (5 km) of War Remnants Museum and Jade Emperor Pagoda. Independence Palace and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica are also within 3 mi (5 km). Saigon Railway Station is 28 minutes by foot.

Pros: Friendly service, great staff, cleanliness
Excellent10,0
Pros: Great for an overnight layover in HCMC! Fantastic hotel close to the airport with very helpful staff.
Excellent9,7
Pros: The staff was very helpfull all the time. The mornign I left, I droppoed my iPhone on the taxi and when I was checking in my bag at the airline counter. I went back to the hotel to see if the taxi was there and all the staff tried to help contacting the taxi company and the driver. They were able to get hold of him and find my cell. Honestly I thought I would not have seen the phone anymore, since it was an iPhone. I really have to thank the staff. Great job and very pleasent experience. Also the hotel is close to the airport and easy to get around town.
Cons: Maybe the food is a little expensive but this is a 5 stars hotel, so I can expect it.
Excellent10,0
Pros: Clean, spaciou, comfortable room. Friendly and efficient staff. Free shuttle to town center but limited schedule. Everything outstanding except the lights switches in room were confusing.

Pros: Reasonably priced hotel. Plenty to choose from at buffet breakfast even to westerners. Eggs cooked to order, bacon etc. The hotel is in district 5 in Chinatown, however you need to travel to district 1 to get to the better part of town. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to town on the hour and they will pick you up too.

Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: Front desk staff aren't friendly. More expensive compared to other hotels with the same quality nearby.
Excellent9,4
Pros: General ambiance and 'majestic' charm of this colonial styled hotel. Breakfast good quality and varied. All staff very professional.
Cons: We stayed in the 'new' wing and the room overlooked the main pedestrianised Nguyen Hue. Unfortunately while we were there a stage had been set up for a weekend event - which while not an issue in itself - was a problem as they were practicing until 3:00am at loud and varying noise levels (literally 75dB according to phone app). This highlighted poor noise insulation through the windows of the hotel room.
Located in District 1, this hotel is steps away from Benthanh Street Food Market and Ben Thanh Market. Saigon Square and Pham Ngu Lao Backpacker Area are also within 10 minutes.
