Pros (+) Cleanliness. Good gym. Overall great facilities. Nice location.
Cons (-) The staff wasn't very friendly. They were not at all enthusiastic if you asked for help. They seemed a bit annoyed at the proposition of doing their job: service.

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and overall cleanliness. Many found the rooms to be clean, new, and comfortable, and appreciated the proximity to restaurants and attractions. Positive remarks were made about the free laundry facilities and rooftop bar. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with ongoing renovations, noise, and inconsistent service. The pool received mixed reviews, with some guests noting it was dirty or under-maintained. Breakfast quality was also inconsistent, with both positive and negative comments. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its location and amenities, but improvements in service, pool maintenance, and renovation completion are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
