Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to major attractions and halal restaurants, making it convenient for tourists and Muslim travelers. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as dirty sheets, presence of insects, and poor maintenance. Service is also a frequent concern, with several guests reporting rude or unhelpful staff and problems with room allocation or check-in. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
