Pros (+) The Bay Hotel is efficient and well run. It's got a lovely rooftop pool with a great view of the city and part of the river, and there's also a decent bar up there. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had no window, but we knew that when we booked it.
Cons (-) Some minor glitches. Wifi was out for much of one day. One day the staff decided to lock our room safe and change the code, and it took a little while for them to unlock it for us.
