Hotel is a decent place to stay. Quiet and only about 3 miles from the beach. Lots of shops and dining places within very close driving distance. Mini golf place right in front of hotel. Cons (-) The hot water was out. They did not serve the continental breakfast. There are many things to serve that don't require water. There could be a system in place to make discounts or refund the stay when a third party is involved .

Pros (+) Liked the convenience to beaches, restaurants, shopping. The bed was very comfortable and would be fine for one persons in the room...rooms are small. Rooms were actually pretty quiet, only heard some foot steps above.
Cons (-) Bathroom was very small, refrigerator was barely cool, TV was an RCA but the picture quality was terrible. The breakfast was complimentary, but just ok to eat. Probably wouldn't stay there again unless I was forced to.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the fact it was close to the center of the island. We were able to get around fairly easily and we could get to a beach quickly.
Cons (-) The air conditioner was either way too cold or way too warm. It didn't want to kick off. We reserved a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The swimming pool was filthy. The shower was extremely weak and faulty. The water smelled terribly bad.
