Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast offerings. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and common areas, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems. While some guests found the rooms spacious and comfortable, others noted outdated facilities, noise disturbances, and safety concerns. Overall, positives included the staff, breakfast, and location, but cleanliness and upkeep were major drawbacks.

Pros (+) We got the last queen double beds room available (it was an executive suite the only thing left). We expected some things to be better than a normal room, obviously, but even if those were taken away, this hotel is by far one of the best we have ever stayed at (and we use at least 4-6 night stays a year). I’m glad we found this one! The beds were very comfortable, the couch pullout was very neat (...
Cons (-) I can see why this hotel was fully booked for our type of room choice even on a non-holiday or slow travel time so make sure you call ahead early or you might not get a room!
