Pros:We got the last queen double beds room available (it was an executive suite the only thing left). We expected some things to be better than a normal room, obviously, but even if those were taken away, this hotel is by far one of the best we have ever stayed at (and we use at least 4-6 night stays a year). I’m glad we found this one! The beds were very comfortable, the couch pullout was very neat (and those are in every room we were told), the shower head in the bathroom was very nice with great water pressure and range of spray, and the room itself was very spacious and so quiet! The best part was the service; the front desk was very helpful when we called to get our room and when we arrived. Helped us with food suggestions and getting us our extra pillows and bathroom items with a real smile. We also brought our service dog, but even if he wasn’t a service animal he could’ve enjoyed the stay since it’s a pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was the normal for this type of hotel with hot food items such as the waffle maker (had cinnamon bun flavored batter as well as the original), eggs, sausage and bacon, and biscuits and gravy.
Cons:I can see why this hotel was fully booked for our type of room choice even on a non-holiday or slow travel time so make sure you call ahead early or you might not get a room!
