Pros:Staff was friendly and quick.Cons:Not sure why we still had to pay an additional $200 ontop of what we paid thru Kayak/Hurtz. They said it will refund in 10 to 15 days after rental return......Reviewed Nov 24 2020

Cons:It took several attempts to acquire roadside assistance for a flat tire, which was flat but still holding air when we picked up the vehicle. We were traveling, but were told we either have to return home or go to another facility which was far to get the tire changed. We got no help from the dealership where we rented the vehicle, and it took three attempts to finally get the help we needed.Reviewed Mar 23 2020

Good ExperiencePros:For a small car, Chevy Cruze, the ride and performance was very nice. The staff was very professional, efficient and friendly.Cons:Spouse was not free to drive unless I signed up for a rewards program. This would prompt me to go back to Avis.Reviewed Mar 9 2018

Great car - Very cleanPros:Easy to pick up & drop off. Car was extremely clean. Manager was great in trying to fix the problem with the billCons:We declined all insurance but somehow we ended up with insurance on our bill. The only way to fix it was to go back to the Hertz office. A bit of a drag to do and very inconvenient.Reviewed Jan 14 2018
