Pros:Convenient pick up in Sorrento. No Gas stations on the way in to Salerno or near the drop off but the staff acknowledged that issue and waived the service charge. Car was virtually new, clean and in good conditionCons:From prior experience with pickups in Europe I checked out the office and office hours the day before is I din't have any issues but it would be helpful to note in your information that they are not open for a period shortly after 1:00 PM until later in the afternoonReviewed Sep 3 2019

Pros:Pick up was good. Easy assess and rental process.Cons:We weary of when you drop off at Naples airport. Car rental place is in weird place and a good 15 minute easy walk to terminal but a walk nevertheless. Take photos of any damage to car at pickup as drop off people not get any surprises. Drop off car min 2.5 hour before your flight.Reviewed Jun 13 2019

Overall good service, but over-chargedPros:Staff was nice and relatively good service, particularly for Rome and Sorrento. My Italian is not very good, so all things considered the staff was great.Cons:I was charged two days, for a 25 hour rental.
