The car I rented was't working for me.Pros:The Hertz at the Billings, MT airport was wonderful about trading the car I rented for a different car that would get me back to Wisconsin safely.Cons:The Hundai Accent was not powerful enough to drive cross country and up and down big hills. The accelleration was often stuttering and I was afraid it wouldn't make the return trip.Reviewed Jun 28 2017

Easy processPros:I don't rent cars a lot, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The service was great and the pickup/dropoff was smooth.Cons:The only negative about the experience was that I dropped the car off at a satellite location and by the time I got back the representative was already gone. I simply dropped off the keys and went home. This wasn't necessarily a bad experience, it was just weird that I didn't have to talk to anybody when I dropped the car off.Reviewed May 22 2017
