Pros:Instead of Chevy Malibu they gave us KIA Optima. Expected the same car.Cons:They didnt accept my thomas cook travel card since I'm from India. So I had to put up my personal Indian Credit card and hence I have to pay forex charges additionally. Weirdest part is that they accepted insurance from my travel card and not the car booking.
