Pros: Not much
Cons: Car not ready on my prepaid reservation. Long wait for prep of replacement. Windows very dirty inside, lots of sun glare. They gave my car away to a walk-in saying I was "Late". Ridiculous, I pre-paid, my car should have been waiting for me regardless of when I showed up that day. At minimum they should have called if they thought I was not showing. Drop off, long wait time if you want to be checked in on the spot. understaffed.

Pros: Courteous staff, car was in great condition.
Cons: Long wait to get car because there were so many customers, but a shortage of people at the counter. The employees who were there were extremely helpful and polite.
