Cons:Reserved a van because we had 6 passengers and on vacation. When we got there no vans available. Nothing to accommodate 6 passengers and nothing to accommodate all our luggage. Had to take a vehicle that was only 5 person -- which meant cramped and no seat belt. Did not have a van for us until 2 1/2 days later. Not happy at all. Gave a discount but not really enough to make up for the horrible inconvenience and unsafe conditions.Reviewed Mar 14 2017

Pros:Car was clean and what we ordered. We paid exactly what was quoted.Cons:We waited for a while to get picked up from the General Aviation terminal at Freeport, Bahamas even though the rental office was 3/4 mile away. When we got to the counter, the customer service rep wasn't very pleasant. She wasn't rude, just not friendly and had an "I don't care attitude."Reviewed Jul 23 2016
