The vehicle was great but when i got there, the hertz rep charged me extra for winter tires because they were still on the vehicle, made the argument my rental was only for 12pm when i had an email that pickup was at 9am and charged me an extra 750$ which when i asked where the charges came from and explained to me, made no sense. Will definitely book againPros:The price was so much better than rentals available at the airport and the choice and quality of their vehicles was also much better. The staff was very pleasant to deal with even with all the hustle and issues they were dealing with that day.Cons:There was a 3-hour delay in my pick-up time. Great car but warning about winter tiresPros:The car was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Hertz staff was great as always and easy to book with. They went over the extra insurance and noted what to do for when I drop the car off after hours.Cons:I was forced to pay for winter tires despite it being against the law in new Brunswick to drive without them.Reviewed Jan 31 2018

Winter tiresPros:Was clean carCons:Winter tires were extra and with a storm that was coming they wanted to charge me almost double the cost of the rental for winter tires . told me the only province that requires winter tires was Quebec . But I thought my safety would have been priority . But no even though the car I was driving was registered in Quebec .But I was in a rush to get where I was going so I didn't argue. car sat for two days and we called taxis to get around couldn't return car because of storm .Reviewed Jan 18 2016
