Pros:The car was nice and had no issuesCons:Pick up took an hour. Staff member was kind but very slow and easily distracted and then we had to wait for car to be fully cleaned. After renting I called to try to adjust reservation and was told it couldn’t be adjusted at all so I had to change plans even though hertz states it can be changed.Reviewed May 14 2019

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIRD PARTYPros:NothingCons:Because it was a third party rental, there was no guarantee that for anything apparently. We showed up to Hertz to find out the office was closed for the entire weekend and we were left stranded without a car. Our reservation was allowed to be made for a time when it wasn’t physically possible to get a car. We had to pay triple at the only other rental place at the airport.Reviewed Aug 14 2018

Premium Brand...Bargin Basement ServicePros:Car was cleanCons:1- didn’t have a car for me that I had ordered said ‘have to call the other locations... what the? Made no attempt to give us a discount on another type of car 2-Sevice person didn’t look up from her screen to address me, didn’t get up from her chair and only smiled and got up when she started telling me how to fill out the Herz survey. Pros:Signed up for a full car for the week. when I went to drive away I had noticed a stale cigarette smell. Mentioned it to the check out receptionist and without hesitation offered the next car available which happened to be the Nissan Rogue compact SUV, for the same price! Huge upgrade, no hassle!Cons:My first conversation on the phone carried a tone of disinterest as if they could care less if I rented from them or not. Didn't set my expectations too high, however, once I came in their demeanor was much more professional. Must have been a bad day or moment!Reviewed Jun 26 2018

Hertz On Monument Near Costco...Pros:Jasmine was very nice and helpful with the car selection. Would consider renting again from this location based solely on the friendliness of the staff.Cons:Wait was significant due to call volume and number of clients ahead of me. My car was on empty not full. Must trust Hertz to correct the billing appropriately.Reviewed Apr 9 2018

Pros:The customer service rep at the MEdford airport was very nice.Cons:The Concord office had the worst customer service I have ever experienced renting a car. I waited over 1/2 hour for a representative, the two women there were extremely slow and NOT focused on helping the customers. The car was not ready. It was a terrible experience.Reviewed Oct 1 2017
