I ended up paying more than I had banked on. I purchased insurance at the counter, which wasn't an option in the online booking, and turned out to be several times the rental. But the car was clean modern and easy to use, and the staff where helpfully.Reviewed Nov 6 2021

It was just scam.Pros:At the beginning the lady was not aware of the booking. Then she found the booking. Bu she told me that there is no insurance for rental period. And after a little argument I had to add an insurance for full coverage. The rent was around 180Euro but the insurance for 4 days was around 370 Euro. Which makes totally 550 Euro. Also some more for the guarantee and totally I made 800 euros.... I hated this....Cons:The whole pricing... Awareness...Reviewed Dec 8 2017

Pros:long walk from where the car was rented to where it was parked in the garage, exp when 2 of us pulling 3 suitcasesCons:somewhat difficult locating exactly where the rental was at the Cologne/Bonn airport when we dropped off my German relatives.Reviewed May 11 2017
