UnsatisfiedCons:I didn't get the vehicle I expected. The vehicle I got had a lot less storage and the had the vehicle I expected available. I was only notified the morning of pick up, and was asked to look for another company for my rental. The vehicle I received had the same amount of seating but a lot less luggage room than the vehicle I ordered. My guests had sit sit with luggage on the laps. The agent I felt with when returning the vehicle was extremely rude and argued with me about getting a receipt for returning the vehicle because it had not been entered in their system. I asked for a hand written receipt and she started shouting at me.Reviewed Jul 16 2016
