Breakfast was good, I is possible to barrow bicycles, but only maximum for 3 hours, which makes it impossible to make a bicycle tour in the city.
The bidet showers were absent in the toilettes, which is very uncommon in Finland. The stuff were foreigners from different Asian countries. They did not speak Finnish and did not know nything about Finland. One even weared black burka. It is hard to accept, that a five stars hotel tries to save money by using underpayed foreign labour, while unemployed and educated hotel workers are available in Finland. The carpeting in the corridors stinks strongly. Everything shows, that the maintenance and development of the former legendary hotel has been seriously neclected, after the ownership of the hotel was transferred to Hilton. It is not worth of five stars - 3 stars would be correct.
Thia is a very nice and comfortable hotel located in the wood, near the sea. The nature around is beautiful. At the same time no problem getting to the city centre by a regular running tram. Or taxi if noe likes
Good breakfast range. A great location by the fjord, accessible to the city centre by the tram. Very helpful staff
We travelled around the Scandinavian countries and this was our last stop before heading to home. Almost everywhere we got free coffee, at least free drinking water. There were 2 small water bottles in the room which was for 6 euros for non platinum members.
Hot water and lake
Expensive breakfast, small single rooms with no view on lake
Room with a beautiful sea view. The people at the reception were very friendly.
