Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to shops, markets, and eateries as a major advantage. However, service receives significant criticism, with complaints about slow check-in, unhelpful staff, and poor response to issues such as lack of hot water and strict check-in/check-out policies. Cleanliness is also a concern for some guests, with reports of dirty pool water, damp smells, and occasional lapses in room cleaning. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
