Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complimented the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable breakfast options, and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the animal-friendly policy and the convenient location near local attractions. However, there were repeated mentions of outdated facilities, cold pool water, and some issues with room size and comfort. While the wellness and pool areas were generally liked, several guests noted the need for renovation and modernization. Despite some negatives, the positive service and food experiences stood out.
