Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the harbor, ferry, and city center, making it ideal for exploring the area. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, several guests found the rooms to be quite small and sometimes too warm, with a lack of air conditioning mentioned frequently. Breakfast was generally considered adequate but not outstanding, and a few guests noted the price was a bit high for what was offered. Overall, the positive atmosphere, excellent location, and good service stood out most.
