Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location for travel and sightseeing. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and general disrepair throughout the property. Several guests were dissatisfied with the value for price, citing the poor condition of the hotel and lack of amenities. Noise levels and the inability to open windows were also common complaints. Overall, while the service and location were positives, cleanliness and maintenance need substantial improvement.
