Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the main train station and city attractions. The breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and quality. However, many reviews highlighted concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dust, stains, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Safety was a significant concern for several guests, who noted the presence of drug users and a generally unsafe neighborhood, particularly at night. Some guests also mentioned problems with the elevator, especially during late hours, making access to upper floors difficult. Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, cleanliness, safety, and elevator access need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
