|Top airport||Manama Bahrain Intl|
Pros: Good evening, this is Sarah Al-Makhlouf. I booked a ticket from your website, but it happened to me a great deal. My ticket was from Riyadh to Bahrain, but when I went to the airport, I could not get on the plane, and the reason was that the flight was going to Dubai, not to Bahrain. Is there any solution to this issue, And where is my money? I will send you the ticket in the e-mail, and at the airport they said that it is not strange on your site that the traveler falls into this problem, how can you sell tickets to a particular destination without making sure, who bears the responsibility now?

Cons: Pillows for everyone and warmer temperature
Pros: Loaded passengers quickly with so many issues at the airport
Cons: No thought to seating and how they change and scatter families in different places not too far from each other. Plus seats were confirmed.
Cons: All ok
Pros: The ground staff from the help desk was helpful enough
Cons: I could have been rebooked a flight without having to pay for it. Who wants to lost his or her passport? It was very inconvenient and stressful for me, at least free rebooking would have ease my situation.
Cons: Good food
Cons: Good food. And not crowded passenger in the bus going to the plane
Pros: Pleasant and efficient crew made a middle of the night flight (01.00 - 05.30) quite bearable! Food good too.
Cons: Veg Biryani instead of pasta plz
Cons: It was too hot in the cabin. The flight attendants were mostly inattentive. At one point three of them were feeding a baby to the exclusion of all of their duties to the rest of the passengers.
Pros: Once we were in the air (see below), everything was very good.
Cons: Poor organisation at the airport (maybe notGulfAir's fault). Flight slightly delayed. Gate changed at last minute, board said "Boarding now", but we then waited something like 30 minutes at the new gate to actually start boarding.
Cons: Was a good experience
Cons: Was a good experience
Pros: Airplane very comfortable
Pros: The crew were really nice
Cons: Entertainment is very limited.
Pros: New & clean aircraft
Pros: On the 15th. Nov during my flight to India, I have made an online check in though did not receive an e ticket. I arrived the airport 70 min before the flight. The crew on the check in counter refused to issue me a ticket and insisted that I have missed my plane abd I need to purchase a new ticket. They even refused to check if I have made an online chick in. The gulf air online system, did not show me that I have made an online checkin. Unfortunately, the problem was solved by asking someone who work in the airport ( not gulf airlines representative) to check if I have made and online check in and to issue me a ticket to pass through the security control
Pros: One of the crew members was very happy and chirpy with all passengers. She was chatting and making sure everyone's needs were met and comfortable.
Cons: Entertainment. Hollywood movies weren't working.
Pros: Crew was very nice in business. Very helpful and catering to every need.
Cons: The entertainment. Hollywood movies were not working.
Pros: I' not sure which flight this relates to. I've taken economy and business class and clearly the business class is better but economy is fine. The crew were good in both classes and whilst the food in business was better I didn't have a problem in economy either.
Cons: Check in was fine and very friendly but boarding could be better particularly in business. At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha.
Cons: The food needs to improve and the movies are old. The actual flight was nice.
Pros: Crew was good
Cons: Everything worked well, the boarding, on time flight, flight was smooth and landed 15 mins before time.
Pros: Business class was really enjoyable with a flat bed. Food was delicious and served with a smile. Crew was helpful and easy to talk to.
Cons: Entertainment and selection of movies could be improved. The Hollywood movies did not work, others did.
Cons: Not lied to me about my extra being payed from Bahrain to Kenya because it was only payed to Dubai which is now causing me a lot of stress my flight from Dubai to Nairobi was cancelled while i was there without my knowledge
Cons: Economy sets are too tight and cramped. Cup holder was good for nothing, i tried to put my soft drink bottle in it and it slipped right out the bottom and when I tried to put a cup of water in it supplied by the crew it wouldn't fit! When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat.
Pros: Wheel service was excellent
Pros: Wheel chair service was excellent
Cons: I wish gulf air start to put movie like others competitors airline instead of blocking it.
Cons: Better coordination between stewards.
Pros: Seat was not comfortable TV and the hand set was not used friendly Scrambled eggs on the breakfast was really not good ...., sorry !!! Finally the smell of the J class area was bad Like old shoes smell !!!!! Sorry to say that but it was like that Next time please take care of this
