Cons (-) No heat in room -staff brought a portable heater coffee maker did not work and coffee in breakfast nook was not hot Fridge was noisy and kept us awake Hint of smoke in room when we arrived Guests in next room arrived late with 2 large dogs which woke us up with their barking no cups or glasses in the room
