Everything was perfect. Shuttle to and from the airport. Clean rooms, gym, pool, and common areas. Food is fabulous! Friendly, helpful people. We didn't want to leave!

Pros (+) Good breakfast but they had no lactose-free milk and the waiters with more attention to foreigners the uncomfortable bed

Pros (+) Really liked the authentic Ecuadorian feel of the place all the staff were dressed in traditional clothing. The place had a lot of olde world charm. The staff were very good at attending to all our needs. The rooms were very spacious and most had a separate living space.
Cons (-) the mattresses were rather hard.

Cons (-) I did not like the breakfast, there were not many options and the options that were available were of poor quality. The staff, for instance the doorman, were not as attentive or amable as the one from Galeria or Ramada.
