Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to shopping and ease of access. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds and pillows, and poor service from staff. Noise from the surroundings and within the hotel was also a frequent complaint. While a few guests found the rooms functional or recently renovated, the overall sentiment was negative due to the recurring problems with hygiene, comfort, and customer service.
