Decor out-dated. Wallpaper and border peeling. Mold between 2 layers of shower curtain. Faded fabric on chair and ottoman. Gaps in door to outside. Long, growing stain on ceiling --- probable leaking after heavy rain. Family at breakfast Tuesday morning had to move table because ceiling was dripping on father. Strongly needs maintenance and room updates. Room doors open directly to outside.
It felt clean, warm and safe. Very friendly front desk staff. I got the type of stay I anticipated with the relative low cost on a last minute February 13 booking. I'd stay again if I was hard up for cash.
The comfort of the beds (we had 2 doubles) thinks they may only be classified as actual sleep-able beds in a third world country or a prison. In the first world, they are merely hard, unforgiving horizontal surfaces that makes one wonder why it is a better option than crashing on the floor.
