Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near major roads and attractions. Many found the rooms to be spacious and, in several cases, clean and comfortable. However, there were repeated complaints about malfunctioning or unreliable elevators, cleanliness issues in some rooms and common areas, and a breakfast that was often described as basic or lacking in variety. Despite ongoing renovations and occasional maintenance problems, the positive service and location stood out for many guests.
