Needs a face lift in the rooms and new mattresses. Pictures of the pool and hot tub made them seem bigger, they are small.

Pros (+) Location great for Green Bay Packer game
Cons (-) Staff was not prepared for Green Bay Packer game. Deceitful when it came to telling the truth about room availability. Certainly no priority if your a Gold awards member. They do this 8 times a year. You would think they could get it right! Very disappointed.
