Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Many also compliment the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including mold, musty smells, and inadequate housekeeping. Some guests were disappointed by the room conditions, noise levels, and value for price, but overall, the location and service stand out as the hotel's main strengths.AI-generated from customer reviews
