Pros: Location, warm and big seawater pool, nice breakfast

Cons: Family room turned very expensive, not worth the money

Pros: Everything was great. Pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was everything you expect from a very good hotel. Staff were friendly happy and helpful. Good location for cycling and walking. Lots to see and plenty of restaurants .

Pros: Very nice place. Our apartment #605 was the top floor with great views. Very spacious open apartment with big balcony overlooking sea. All perfect clean and well serviced. Breakfast all good. Great to have bike available for rental anytime, so convenient to get around the Grado by bike, enjoyed a lot.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was always nice, rich selection of different kind of food. Every morning we found something new and delicious on the buffet table. Giovanni prepared excellent Italian espresso. There was a small kitchen corner in the double room with fridge, microwave. We could prepare something for lunch or dinner if we did not want to go out.

Cons: The center of Grado was 10-15 minutes by bicycle, and we stayed on the 1st floor from where we couldn’t see the beach. But in case of need the hotel provided us bikes free of charge which was very nice of them.

Pros: Excellent hotel with super service and family atmosphere

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, there was free parking outside and a supermarket a few meters away. Good breakfast.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything you need to make a coffee or even to cook a real meal. Nice to have a balcony although the view is on the next building only. Some noise of the ventilation of that building if you leave the balcony door open. Free parking in the street. A short walk to the beach and somewhat longer to the center. Supermarket at 50 meters which is nice if you only want to have a croissant for breakfast.

Cons: Checking out took 25 minutes. There was a girl at the desk but she said she was 'new' and did not know exactly how to do this. I think a five minute training session should have been enough.

Pros: A nice clean apartment, not far from the beach. A grocery store is just a few steps away. Grado has pleasant weather (not too hot), nice sandy beaches that are especially convenient for families with kids who cannot swim yet. Lots of restaurants, caffes, ice cream parlors etc.

Cons: The nearby beach closed too early, at about 8 PM, just when the sunset was about to start. Free parking on the street sometimes meant having to search for an empty spot for a while, but in the end I always found one within a few minutes.

Pros: Breakfast was great, and the facilities are very good. The bathroom was very comfortable, as was the little kitchen. Staff welcomed us and was very helpful and thorough in providing information. The property is located in a relatively quiet area, and parking was available for free.

Cons: The double bed was made of two separate beds, which rolled apart during the night - this made the sleeping very uncomfortable. It did not help that the bed mattress was extremely soft and one was sinking in it. At peak times there is issue with parking spots, as they do not seem to be enough reserved for guests of the hotel.

Pros: We stayed only 1 night, but it was wonderful..modern, super clean, stylish..exactly like on photos.. towels in kitchen, tab for dishwasher..on the balcony things to clean apartment..to dry clothes..You think..oh I need..and other second you find it. Bravo to owner or management. Big thanx to housekeeping..it was soooo clean. And cherry on the cake lovely Sara.. friendly, open ,ready to help and to make you toenjoy your stay. Pros: The beach was close. The housemaid did a nice job every day.

Cons: Our room was right on a street corner. This is a busy pedestrian street with a lot of noise until late at night. We had a restaurant underneath, so the window couldn't be left open. The noise came in and the cigarette smoke from time to time. Breakfast was served in the hallway and was not considered hygienic. One morning it was spoiled milk, but I noticed in time and my child didn't eat the muesli. The parking space is tight, allowing more cars than can fit.

Pros: Plentiful breakfast. Located right on the corner of main street. Excellent location. Seaside walk is 1 minute, beach is 3 minutes. Historic town centre 3 minutes. Helpful staff.

Cons: We had room just above the street, so all noisy people in the street was waking us up during night, but this is not fault of the hotel. You could also close the window and turn AC on.

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and everyone could find something he/she likes. They provided gluten-free food as well. Very good location, close to everything (beach, old town, harbour, shops, restaurants...) Helpful and kind staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. New and modern aparthotel.

Cons: Bikes... It was written there are free bikes for the guests. Not enough, not in good condition. No balcony, no place to hang out and dry your towels, swimming suits. A little bit small, jam-packed living/dining room.

Pros: The place is amazing, everything very near, beach and shops, accomodation is right in the centre of living. The staff was very kind and helpful, very good breakfast, very clean and spacy rooms. I can surly recommend this accomodation.

The staff were very kind and helpful when our car broke down outside the hotel. They made many calls for us, translated and sympathised.

Pros: The location and set-up was perfect for a romantic "get-away". Although the rooms and breakfast are generally basic, the friendliness of the staff (Family Business) makes it up for it. The cleaning staff was extremely forthcoming and kind.

Cons: Parking was the only pain-point, 15 EUR/day and about 10 minutes walking distance, where it is about 6 EUR/day on the street and you can pay with an app. Smarter next time.

Pros: The property has an ideal location for those who want to stay in the middle of the city center (5 min walking distance to the private beach, 10 min walking distance to the public beach, supermarket around the corner, nice shops/bars/restaurants). We stayed on the second floor. Had a small room with a nice little terrace (inner courtyard). It was pretty much quiet, so we could get some good sleep. Room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday. AC and Internet worked well. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Property offers parking service against a reasonable fee, a swimming pool and a bar at the rooftop.

Cons: The room was a bit too small. The roof top bar has never been open during our stay (4 days). Parking service: I had not been informed that my car was parked somewhere else (~10 min from the hotel). I didn’t like the fact that the owner placed his scooter (he gets to the car parking by using one of those electric scooters) inside my car right to/on the front seat instead of using the trunk. Would have been respectful to be informed/asked!!!

Pros: The personnel is very friendly and helpful. They know the city and can recommend where to eat or how the public / private beaches work. The breakfast service and food & beverage quality is absolutely great. So is the indoor pool with whirlpool (which was rarely used by other guests so we had a great time for relax just by ourselves there). And the rooftop bar has sea view and (again) great service! This is how a three star hotel should look like!

Cons: It is not the very center of town, it is half a kilometer walk to the center and a kilometer to the beach but one could also view it as positive since it's more of a quiet neighborhood.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area just over the bridge from the main part of Grado, yet only a 10 minute stroll to the main shopping streets with a large choice of restaurants, historical centre and the sea front. We payed for parking 5 euros per night at the hotel, but there is public parking nearby at the same price if there is no room at the hotel.Room was spacious, nice beds, balcony, airconditioning and tea making facilities. Bathroom had a shower curtain instead of a door, but plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, ham, cheese, eggs etc. Coffee was by a nespresso machine. The staff were very helpful and recommended a choice of restaurants to us and gave us milk to make tea in the room.

Pros: Very romantic small hotel, a walkway from every thing. Super nice owner and an excellent breakfast. I recommend it also to families with small children.

Cons: They don’t have a kitchen and it si not possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. But they do have a bar!

Cons: Having to move rooms because of no soundproofing. Receptionist was rude, unapologetic and dismissive. New room was smaller with little natural light and a tiny balcony largely enclosed by an emergency exit staircase. Being accused of breaking the air conditioning controls which were already damaged when we arrived. Pool and spa facilities not at all as inviting or relaxing as they are portrayed on the website. Overall, a tired hotel which might once have been 4 star quality but needs renovating and a change in attitude to be worth the price.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Sea water indoor pool - big towels and gowns provided. Good breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Large bathroom. Dinner for c.20 Euros is a good option.

Cons: Small shower cubicle with very temperamental water supply - kept going very hot and cold while showering. Parking is €18 per night extra in hotel car park. No other option as it is in a camera controlled pedestrian precinct, and there would be a fine for entering it, unless authorized by the hotel. Toilet flushing in next room sounded like a train passing by.

Pros: The hotel is big and a bit dated. The reception is also big, you feel like you have stepped into another decade somewhere in the middle of the last century ( which does not mean that it is something wrong with that, just a bit unusual these days ). The same thing goes for the breakfast room, it´s big, and a lot of waiters in white jackets running around removing your plate even before you swallowed your last bit of bread, and then you have to get a new plate for the next round. They must have an enormous amount of dishes to wash every day. :-) The breakfast itself is quite alright, nothing exciting, and after three days you get a bit bored. The coffe is fantastic though if you order it from the guy behind the enormous coffemachine ( don´t take the coffe from the self-service machines ). We had a nice few days and we might go back next year!

Cons: We stayed in a Juniorsuite with our two children, which was a bit cramped. Since the children had to sleep on the sofabed ( which we were prepared for ) there was really no were to sit. And we missed having hooks in the hallway for our wet jackets ( it was a rainy weekend ), there are really no where to hang things except for in the cupboard, but I do not like to put my outdoor clothing in the cupboard with the rest of my clean clothes. Also in the bathroom we were missing hooks. Four people with four wet robes coming back from the swimminingpool, four beachtowels ( also for the pool area ) and four bathtowels. Where skall one put everything?

Pros: We always enjoy our stay. We will keep coming back :-) Breakfast is great - especially the coffee!

Cons: A softer pillow and a bit softer mattress would be even more comfortable :-)
