Cons (-) 2 of our pillows had a horrible chemical/body odor type smell to them. We called the front desk and the front desk said they would be switched out while we were gone out for the night. When we returned the pillows were still in our room, we called the front desk back and they were finally switched out. We have stay in this hotel before and never had an issue.
