The beds were comfy, the coffee was good. The manager Kim was very rude, and distespectful.
Only one elevator was working while we were there on are stay, it was also very noisy. The bathroom had no ventilation. Kim, was not very pleasant, and rude. I understand she has a job to do, but she wasn't very nice or accommodating for a couple arriving from a 6 hour drive. I understand I didnt stop by the bank, my mistake. She told me I couldnt stay there because she needed a card which was fine. Being so far away I began to ask about a co-op bank for my credit union, and asked for help, she walked away, and another gentle man, helped me find one, which wasnt one I could use, but i found another one, another 20 minutes away. So I made the deposit money at a co-op bank, again arrived about 47minutes later why her staff (men) loked at me like of I was a criminal. Only half the money was available, she said She needed it all this time I was exhausted and told her please, the money is there, showed her and explained that there was a hold on my card. She rudely said ok, she'll let us stay. Horrible customer service, the day before checking out I spoke to another gentle man who was very nice and understanding, called my bank and explained things and paid my bill. Told him Kim was rude, and explained the situation, being an out of towner this place was great the first time, but I wont ever stay here again.
Great comfortable rooms for a family of 5 ( 2 children 1 baby) stayed in family bedroom suite with kitchenette lounge area with pull out sofa balcony 2 queens in bedroom and baby pack and play. There’s a pool and breakfast . 5 min Uber to disney. They had washer and dryer that was so great for a family staying several days.
The elevator was sometimes crammed
The room has been recently updated. Plenty of place to plug in your phones. Plenty of free parking.
When we arrived after all day at Disneyland, we picked up our keys. Our door has blue tape on it and when we entered the bathroom sink tap was on. We were a little disturbed. I looked through all the closets...found out when I called the front desk that Service people had been in our room checking the hot water. Towels had some red spots, bathroom could of used a little more polish and clean up from service people. If it hadn’t been so late, I would of asked for a different room. Things get missed...
The bedding was nice and comfortable. The housekeeping did a great job. The kitchenette with a fridge was very useful.
One of only two elevators didn’t work. Luckily we were only on the second floor. But with two little kids, had we been higher up, we would have needed to get a refund and find a different hotel Because getting the last elevator took way too long. We had to use the stairs instead of waiting 5 minutes every time we needed to go somewhere. WiFi was weak and didn’t work until I called for a promo code. And the woman that gave me the promo code was very impatient and condescending. Better off just using your cell data. The advertised shuttle to Disney was too expensive to be worth it for a group of over 4. Made more sense to just pay the $25 a day at Disney. And we had to pay for parking at the hotel.
