Cons (-) The room service was bad, the options were extremely limited. The menu consisted of pre-made sandwiches and salads. The facilities need to be renovated. The hotel looks old and outdated. Stains everywhere.

Cons (-) Only thing we wished were better were the pool hours! After dinner on the island it would have been nice to come back to the hot tub for some drinks!

Pros (+) The staff is so friendly, I've never stayed at a more friendly hotel. Every single person working there greeted me with a big smile and " hello, how are you? Hope you have a wonderful day/ evening." Even the house keepers greeted me in the same way. Everyone seemed to love their jobs and are happy to serve. I will definately stay here again. Brenda
