They messed up our two night reservations to one .. we were told to pack and leave by 2:00 .. Saturday…..had to be dressed and attending a 4:00 pm wedding .. would not move people coming in ! Never ever again

Cons (-) The front desk had confirmed my reservation the day before but when I got to the hotel they said that my reservation had been cancelled. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had even though they said that everything was supposed to be made from scratch. They had a couple of waffle makers but none of them were working that day.

Pros (+) Location was perfect, staff was super helpful and nice. Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) furniture upholstery, pillows and bedding accessories was stained. Some hair was found in the shower. Motel pamphlets were wrinkled and very used.

Pros (+) The only pro to this hotel was the location.
Cons (-) It is old, dated, run down, nasty, uncomfortable bed, horrible staff. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed.

Cons (-) Personally speaking the bed was to soft. I think they should have stopped the Dozer work at night, they worked all night and was very annoying. But the beach will be better. That is all.

Pros (+) Liked how everything you need is right there! 2 restaurants, bar, oceanfront, & just a great place! Recently upgraded rooms were plush!! Customer service is a top priority here!! Got our 3rd night free when we booked 2 nights... Hell of deal!! Diamond in the rough, we will Definitely come back!!
Cons (-) Still upgrading other rooms, some construction noise, & rooms were a little tight but very plush.

Pros (+) Very clean, well kept motel. The staff was great . Had problem with toliet, staffer maranda trued to fix but it was beyond her ability. Needed snake. She moved us to another room down from original room . No problem after that.

Pros (+) Was close to beach had plenty of activities for kids had bar, pool, and restaurant all at suite where we didn't have to drive
Cons (-) I opened a tab at bar with credit card and think they were adding drinks on my tablet as motel, bar, and restaurant all together in think they all putting things extra on cards
