Pros (+) Location was fine, actually had somewhat of a view and room/facility was clean.
Cons (-) Front desk lady(with gold tooth) really needs to find a job she wants to be at. Sad to think this is the personality that greets each customer. It sets the tone and her lack of the slightest care for those walking in the door & no desire to move a finger set it. Breakfast wasn't worth the effort either with half a toaster working and 30+people wanting to eat. I didn't have much expectations going ...

Pros (+) It was a newer building with lots of potential. The building has some sassy staff that are fun, blessed with a quirky sense of humor and big hearts. We enjoyed our stay, the building needs a little love. It seems like it needs some details taken care of around the finishing trim. Pros (+) Booked and got to hotel to be told out of rooms. Had two young children that were tired from a along trip and had to wait on the street for another hotel
Cons (-) Customer service front desk help was horrible.. no care in the world just call yhe 1800 nimver and tell yhem we r booked

Pros (+) Family friendly, has everything you need for a weekend away, but it's not a luxury hotel, just a comfortable place to rest and relax . No wow factors but we had everything we needed including a fridge and microwave. No complaints at all.
Cons (-) Noisy because there are wood floors and no carpet to absorb sound.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was perfect!! Literally about 5 min walking distance from the seawall. Clean rooms, awesome management, great breakfast!!
Cons (-) There was an extra visitor (critter) in our room that kind of blemished out experience. The halls were also rather warm, like there was no A/C running
