I was scheduled for heart Surgery. Frontier Airlines does not have live phone support everything is thru chat. During my chat I guess I was asking too many questions, and the rep disconnected our session with a "Thank you for choosing Frontier Airlines. I quickly responded for a second time that I was not finished, and he disconnected. All he was capable of was to copy and paste from a script and the website. Never again with the budget airlines. I'll pay one or two hundred dollars more to get better service and experience. Our Taxi driver told us we made a mistake with them He had a client that had his flight canceled 3x and he rented a car and drove back home. Many stories like this if you do a search online.

Why are you charged for everything possible?? I went to my flight 2hours early so I can get some food.. I went to the agent to ask them to check me in and print out boarding pass.. I was told they charge for that. What in the world is that about? I understand if I’m trying to check in over the phone yes by all means charge for service.. if I’m rite there at the building asking to get checked in and get charged for it, that’s uncalled for and asking for more money at every given possibility

4 hour delay. No updates or apology from staff. Uncomfortable seats, wonky bad restrictions and up charges, really terrible experience and will never fly frontier again.
It's Frontier: low-frills but boarding first because I paid for a carry-on was an unexpected perk, and the fact that it was direct and fast makes up for the lack of amenities.
We’ve been sitting waiting for a gate for 30 minutes without explanation. Several of the older flight attendants are very rude.
My husband didn't get boarded on this flight. He was asked to pay $50 extra by the Frontier staff to get two boarding passes for check-in at the Las Vegas airport. He refused to pay this extra $50 charge and tried to do check-in online by himself but it seemed to be late with only 7 mins left. It ended up that my daughter and my husband missed the 7-minute time window. They had to take the next non-direct flight which took more than 12 hours from Las Vegas to San Francisco, a very poor experience for them.
This isna terribly run airlines. If you're one minute late, they will deny your ticket. Don't waste your time or money
Flight delayed an hour. The turbulence was insane. Packed in like sardines. A coke was $4.95 no snack or a drink crazy

Frontier system that tracts what you’ve paid for is horrible. I brought bags, tried to upgrade the weight of bag. Did it via the text service on their site. Got to the airport and they had no idea what was going on. Ended up paying way more than I was supposed to
Flight was fine, but the legroom between seats for taller passengers is very tight and bad on the knees. I t is very hard to find an angle, that works, especially on a long flight!!!
No complaints
The flight and crew were fine. When we (several groups) arrived in Norfolk on Sunday we discovered our bags had not arrived. The staff at norfolk airport was less than helpful. Told us our bags wouldn't arrive until Thursday. When asked what happened they said it bags never made it on the plane and it happened all the time. When asked about reimbursement for replacement items the desk agent said we could try to submit receipts online, but they weren't sure we would be reimbursed. I understand this is a low cost airline, but this was really beyond poor customer service.

Great option to American Airlines. Affordable prices when compared to AA. Prices in AA to and from Puerto Rico are like Fly Emirates to Kwait.

Frontier is a no-frills airlines were the focus is low cost. You get basic service so don't set your expectations high. Watch out thought because this airline, like a few others, will try to nickel and dime you.

I took 6 flights this month. Worst one, easily.
Typical low fare flight. Very tight seating, no entertainment, no power outlets, no food. You (don’t) get what you (don’t) pay for. The flight boarded and arrived a few minutes early. Can’t complain.
