Pros (+) Location was good. The lobby was comfortable and nicely appointed.
Cons (-) This hotel is really in need of some renovations. Our bathroom was very dated and the furniture was fairly beat up. It was only after someone was warming up their diesel truck in the alley behind the hotel that we realized there was a one inch gap in the window, not only allowing the noise in, but also letting our room fill with diesel exhaust. Pros (+) Location in Frisco is very convenient to restaurants and activities.
Cons (-) No air conditioning in the room and without airflow our room felt like it was 80 degrees which makes sleeping even in a comfortable bed difficult. Probably great for the ski season but summer is tough. Also community hot tub was right out side our room. So if we wanted fresh air we had the noise and humidity of the hot tub.
