Disabled did not tell us elevator was not working the took the clean room sign off door buy did not clean the room smoke detector beeped the whole time just all around terrible trip

Pros (+) Steps away from CSU Fresno so it's great for a campus visit. Complimentary breakfast is included although bland. Lots of parking spaces. Good place to rest your head and leave.
Cons (-) Overpriced for what you get. It's more like a motel 6. Go to hotel and the TV cord was ripped out the wall and it took 2 hours of hassling them for it to get fixed. Walk from the bed to the bathroom with bare feet and they will end up black. The area has a lot of drunk and homeless people surrounding it. Heard multiple arguments outside my window as I was trying to sleep.

Pros (+) 24 hour shuttle service to/from airport, service at desk was fast and efficient.
Cons (-) Very unclean- dust bunnies on floor, food from previous customers in the mini fridge, bathtub was dirty and there was an obvious clog in the drain. The walls are very thin as well.
