Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests complained about poor cleanliness, safety issues, and non-working elevators. Many reviews mention bugs, bad odors, and a generally run-down environment. However, a few guests appreciated the large room sizes and found the staff to be polite and helpful in some cases. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives, but some aspects like room size and service received limited praise.

Pros (+) Steps away from CSU Fresno so it's great for a campus visit. Complimentary breakfast is included although bland. Lots of parking spaces. Good place to rest your head and leave.
Cons (-) Overpriced for what you get. It's more like a motel 6. Go to hotel and the TV cord was ripped out the wall and it took 2 hours of hassling them for it to get fixed. Walk from the bed to the bathroom with bare feet and they will end up black. The area has a lot of drunk and homeless people surrounding it. Heard multiple arguments outside my window as I was trying to sleep.

Pros (+) 24 hour shuttle service to/from airport, service at desk was fast and efficient.
Cons (-) Very unclean- dust bunnies on floor, food from previous customers in the mini fridge, bathtub was dirty and there was an obvious clog in the drain. The walls are very thin as well.

Pros (+) They should be walking around and getting rid of the rooms that are doing drugs. I did not appreciate it at all!
