The service was highlighted as friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. Breakfast received positive remarks for its quality and variety, though a few noted occasional crowding or slow replenishment. The hotel has a great unique character compared to typical chain hotels. Breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff. Location is perfect a few steps from the train station and downtown.
