Pros (+) Rooms service was fast, the staff was helpful, the restaurant was decent and the hotel was clean.
Cons (-) My room was not ready, nor was it cleaned. There was only one elevator in the entire building and the walk to my room took forever. The Lounge had a horrible selection of alcohol, and the entire place looked tired...it really could have used a makeover.
