awesome location,it was clean,inside parking,fast wifi
poor breakfast for such a type of hotel
Swimming pool, large room and bathroom. Very good localisation, next to famous wells.
Very simple breakfast, restaurant closed at 20:00.
The staff was very nice and welcoming, both in the restaurant as well as at the reception. Breakfast for a 3-star hotel was good value for money, they had traditional rolls and all kinds of fillings, sausages, eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, cake, fruits- simply something for everyone. Our room (we are a family of 3) was huge, high ceilings and very bright with a nice balcony. Also the bathroom- big and clean, loved that room! The swimming pool was just big enough for a little relaxation and the location with parking onsite was just perfect. We'll definitely be back when in town!
Can't think of anything at all.
I am very disappointed with this hotel. I made reservations on booking com in euros. When I was paying at end of my vacation hotel charge me in Czech koruna. They multiply my original price by 27CK ( unrealistic currency rate) and I end up paying almost 100€ more than original bill. When I ask them how is this possible , because till now even if I travel to country they have different currency I paid always agreed price they argue that this is policy of hotel. They juist keep saying that this is like always and they can do nothing about it. They told me that this is with all customer which book in euros. So they even committed with smile, that they rub and cheat all foreigner customers. Shame on management of this hotel. Another big problem of this spa hotel is animals ( dogs) which terrorize other customers. They let people with 4 dogs in one room , this dogs bark till 2 o'clock in morning. It was nightmare. Another dog was running in hallway, barking and jumping at people Infront of elevator. And having breakfast with somebody else dog is not my idea of relaxation. If you complain at reception you get one answer they can do nothing about it. Breakfast is nothing special. Coffee machine is not working properly. Juice is not fresh but water with fruit syrup. From the cake you get only ends which are hard and dry. Restaurant staff is very unfriendly. They are always angry if you have any questions. The worst of all is that restaurant staff take breakfast as first. You have to wait till they take what they want and then you can start. They do not feel shame to eet this food Infront of customer and taking more if this wasn't enough. Spa part of the hotel is very good but this you get at almost every hotel in surrounding. So at the end I can say if management can do nothing for comfort of costumer's and they think that rubbing they customer is good way. It was my last time at this hotel. They are better hotels around.
The location and checking out. The room was under the roof, and without air conditioning, it was a sauna. The water temperature in the shower changed within seconds, and I scalded myself twice. One bar of soap, half a bottle of shampoo, one hand towel and one face towel. That is a guest gets. Nothing more.
