A hotel whose elevator is broken for six months should not book customers to the 4th floor without a huge discount.

Pros (+) Rooms were comfortable, dinner and cocktail hour was exceptional, and breakfast was a treat. Workout facility was clean, and pool and hot tub a real bonus.

Pros (+) The hot breakfast and kickback were great! Staff was so patient and kind even when the place was jammed with kids. Our room was spotless and check in staff were exceptional. We checked in a bit early with two small children and they were very accommodating.
