Staff was friendly and helpfull, breakfast was very good. Location of hotel was close to cafes and restaurants.
Room was not clean, there were many hairs on bed and pillows. İnternet doesn't connected.

Price was fair, staff is very friendly and the bed very confortable. Location is perfect and the whole place looked clean.
Room and especially the bathroom was kinda old so not good looking. Also the blankets were old and dark color, so hard to say of it were well clean. Breakfast was a few meters away in a restaurant what made hard for us to go all the way there just to get coffee in the morning.

The room was extremely comfortable, clean with in room bathroom in a room for 8 mixto. The restaurant had a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The included breakfast was espectacular. The best so far in Brazil. The staff was very accommodating and responded very patiently to language barriers.
Because I am a senior traveling alone, an elevator will have been perfect
