Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to attractions and convenience. The breakfast is generally appreciated for its variety and quality, though a few found it repetitive or lacking. Service receives mixed feedback: while some guests found the staff attentive and helpful, others experienced slow or unenthusiastic service. Cleanliness is a concern for several guests, with reports of outdated rooms, maintenance issues, and insufficient cleaning. Noise levels are also problematic for some, especially due to street noise or thin walls. Overall, while the location and breakfast stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and service consistency are needed.
