This was the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in. You can tell the owner didn’t care about the hotel because its rundown and most things were broken. Nothing worked and the staff either didn’t care or couldn’t do anything about it. They had breakfast menu but the items you needed weren’t there such as milk for cereal or coffee. Friendly service, nice facilities, so many places close by for eating, drinking and shopping. We used the luggage storage twice and they were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Next time we cruise out of Port Canaveral we will definitely stay here. We wished we had stayed two days before our cruise so we could explore the area and use the pool.
