Pros:Located directly on the yacht marina. Water Taxi, Dinner Boat, and beach are footsteps away. Rooms are clean but small and dated. The attraction factor is the character of the on-site resturants/bar, pool, hot pool area. Small gift store/convenience in the lobby. Sells beer. Live band, atmosphere is really cool! Beds are comfortable and all rooms are equipped with fridge and microwave. Food at the resturant is great! Big portions, reasonable priced. Also a fresh market that caters to the yacht customers is steps away and serves fresh breakfast, gormae coffees, salads, sandwiches, etc. We stay here every time we Cruise with Royal Carribean. It is only 3 miles from the port. Very convenient !
Cons:Parking is valet and charged $13 per night extra. Vehicles are double parked due to space restrictions and if you are on the outside parking space, you must leave your keys with the 24 hr attendant in case they need to move your vehicle to let the one behind out.. Nice that your vehicle is consistently under guard though... The attendants are extremely nice and try to accommodate you in every way. We have a large 3500 dually. They reserved the end space for us when we left for 2hrs, and came back.

Pros:We stayed at the Bahia cabana two years ago in March. Compared to then, the hotel has seen some renovations and a new owner we were told. We arrived a day early and they were happy to give us the room for the extra night. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and a short walk down the strip to the A1A for shopping, food, and drinks. We booked 3 months early and got rooms for less than $100 a night which is next to impossible for a decent hotel, and with the new renovations, this is a decent hotel. They charge $13 a day for a parking pass as well as there are only tow away zones in the area.
Cons:When we arrived at 10pm we noticed our bed frame was broken. In the morning our shower wouldn't drain. We told the front desk and they came and fixed the drain. When our friends arrived to use the other bed they found that their bed frame was broken also. We were sitting on a picnic table outside talking to another guest and he said all of the beds around here are broken. If you are a family do not book over spring break! It would be worth it to you to spend extra money to get away from the rowdiness. (8+ spring breakers in hot tub swapping spit and some rooms are right above bar area which is open late and gets loud)

Pros:I really enjoyed listening to drunks slamming doors, falling all over the floor above mine, and hearing their highly intellectual conversations at 3am. I can't wait to pay an exuberant amount for such a unique experience again!
Cons:What's not to like in paying over $130 to stay in a zero star motel? Best course of action: have the city turn this place into a museum to teach people what life was like as one of the first settlers of America.

Pros:I liked the proximity to the beach. It is right across the street and you can just walk over while leaving your car at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the stay better.
Cons:Some of the buildings are on site and another building is half a block a way. Although I did not care about the walk, it felt more like an older motel. The beds and linen were brand new and very comfortable. However, the bathroom had the bare minimum upgrades done. All in all, it was what I expected when consist he prices of other properties this close to the ocean.

Pros:This is funky Florida. The hotel and bar have been there forever and lots of heavy drinking has taken place. They have attempted to put lipstick on a pig - with paint over cracks and tile jobs not finished - but for my purposes it was cheap, funky, clean and RIGHT across the street from the beach. Totally worth the price
